Personal Coaching
Personal coaching, often referred to as 'life coaching' can be effective in many situations, for example in helping with career choice, change and development, or for personal achievement and general life change. When utilised in conjunction with NLP interventions many changes can be made significantly quicker and potentially more effectively than Coaching alone.
What can I expect?
Personal coaching draws out your inner potential - it is developmental rather than imposing, reflective rather than directive. Effective Coaching is about facilitating your personal change. Personal Coaching is reactive and flexible, supporting you to progress naturally at a personal level. As your Coach I make no assumptions or judgements and the work that we do will be unique - no one Coach and Client relationship is the the same. You will also discover a greater understanding of your own inner psyche and what drives your current behaviour.
What Can Be Done In A Coaching Session?
Life coaching has the potential to cover virtually every aspect of personal development that you might aspire to; including career direction and development, business start-up and entrepreneurship, life skills, personal projects, life-balance, and skills or knowledge aquisition. Life coaching can be this flexible because it concentrates on enablement and reflection, so that you can decide and discover the required steps to progress yourself.
How is Coaching delivered?
Most but not all of my Coaching sessions are conducted on the phone, as coaching is just as effective over the phone as it is face-to-face. Many of my clients prefer to Coach over the phone as it is very convenient for both coach and client, and it offers greater flexibility for people with a busy lifestyle. A phone coaching session typically lasts 30 minutes and in some cases a maximum of 1 hour. Coaching over the phone also offers other advantages:
